1. Product Disclaimer

• Our Products are designed for general athletic and casual use. We do not warrant that any Product is suitable for professional competition, extreme sports, or medical rehabilitation.
• All product claims（e.g., cushioning, breathability, weight, durability）are based on internal laboratory tests and typical user experience. Results may vary by individual, usage, and environment; we do not guarantee specific performance outcomes.
• Product colors, textures, and finishes shown on the Site may differ from the actual item due to display settings and photography. Such differences do not constitute a product defect.

2. Health & Safety Warning

• Footwear and apparel cannot eliminate all risk of injury. Wearers assume all risks associated with physical activity.
• If you have pre‑existing injuries, foot conditions, or medical concerns, consult a physician before use. We are not liable for any injury, discomfort, or damage arising from improper fit, misuse, or overuse.

4. Cross‑Border Sales & Customs

• We ship internationally. Customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, customs fees, and compliance with local import laws in the destination country.
• We are not liable for delays, seizures, or confiscations by customs authorities.

5. Affiliate & Influencer Disclosure（Collabs）

• Our Shopify Collabs program involves independent creators（“Influencers”）who promote our Products. Influencers are not our employees, agents, or legal representatives.
• All influencer content, reviews, and recommendations are independent opinions. We do not endorse, verify, or guarantee the accuracy of influencer statements.

6. Limitation of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, IRUNSVAN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages（including loss of profits, data, or goodwill）arising out of or related to your use of the Site or Products.
• Our total aggregate liability for any claim related to a Product shall not exceed the purchase price of that Product.
