I am actually happy with these shoes, if i have to compare them, i definitely run better in them than with the asics novablast 2 and i improved my 7km time by 48 seconds. In terms of cushioning, i can compare them to the hoka bondi 8, but the traction is much better. I recommend buying the irusvan shadow wing 2.0, i tried the pace from 5:30 to 4:50, my legs were fine the next day, no problems. I recommend buying it to everyone. My rotation is the irunsvan sw2.0 for fast runs and races, the hoka bondi 8 for slow runs and the li ning feidian 5 c for everything else. So my experience with the shoes is only good, of course the faster the pace pushes you forward. So far it is my favorite for fast work training. I will share more experiences later.
