I am actually happy with these shoes, if i have to compare them, i definitely run better in them than with the asics novablast 2 and i improved my 7km time by 48 seconds. In terms of cushioning, i can compare them to the hoka bondi 8, but the traction is much better. I recommend buying the irusvan shadow wing 2.0, i tried the pace from 5:30 to 4:50, my legs were fine the next day, no problems. I recommend buying it to everyone. My rotation is the irunsvan sw2.0 for fast runs and races, the hoka bondi 8 for slow runs and the li ning feidian 5 c for everything else. So my experience with the shoes is only good, of course the faster the pace pushes you forward. So far it is my favorite for fast work training. I will share more experiences later.

The shoes are very well made. Lightweight, weighing only 240g. Heels with quite good cushioning, although the shoe is stiff. I assume this is due to the nylon or carbon plate. Overall, they look great on the feet. Today I tested them in an interval training session, they return energy very well at a fast pace. I am satisfied.
I ran 50kms with these shoes that I received on Tuesday, and I think it should be taken into account that these shoes are more geared towards competition, rather for speeds starting from 4. 30min/km and faster. . . Below that, it can be less enthusiastic depending on the gait, and the high stability of the forefoot can be somewhat disorienting on irregular surfaces. Otherwise, the shoe fit is excellent for my feet and the quality of workmanship and materials is hardly to be criticized, especially at this very competitive price.
