I was skeptical at first due to the low price of the shoe, however upon trialing them for a hard Norwegian 4x4 VO2 max session I found these shoes up to the challenge. Worth every cent. I have recommended them to all my friends.

As soon as it arrived, I ran 7km with it. It's really very responsive and cool, quite breathable too. The foam on the sole isn't that soft, but I can confirm that you'll increase your pace. I say this to runners who are already used to it; I believe beginners should choose this model after gaining experience in running because this shoe requires speed. The faster you run, the faster you feel you're running. Another important point is that during the flat terrain run, I felt less fatigue; it really saves energy. The next step now is to run a longer distance on asphalt to see how it responds. In summary, it was worth the price paid for this Irunsvan tennis shoe, yes I recommend it based on my observations.
This sneaker has excellent construction, standing out for being breathable, lightweight, and durable. During running, the nylon plate provides excellent stability and responsiveness (not like a carbon plate but works well for the price paid). An important point to note is the need to purchase a size larger than your usual size, otherwise the shoes will be tight. The delivery was made by J&T Express and was incredibly fast! After arriving in Brazil, it took only 3 days to arrive, I didn't have to wait forever for the postal service.
